Our Founders
Brad and Bre Hansen, proud Eau Claire locals, founded The Phoenix Taproom & Kitchen in the summer of 2023.
Inspired by their love for the Chippewa Valley, Brad and Bre envisioned a space where people could gather to enjoy exceptional craft beverages and cuisine while creating lasting memories. Their dedication to supporting local artisans and fostering community relationships drives every decision at The Phoenix, making it a true homegrown gem.
